Online PDF from Saving Academic Freedom

Over the past several months I have read an essay on shared governance at a number of state conference and chapter meetings. It is taken from my book, No University is an Island: Saving Academic Freedom. As a result, I have been repeatedly asked to provide an email copy so people could distribute it to those who could not attend.
